Staging Packages
Option 1: Traditional Staging (Rental Only)
Customers pay the full staging cost, and the furniture is rented for the staging period. After the property is sold, the furniture is removed.
Pricing:
Our home staging service starts at $1,300 + GST for a 2-bedroom home with 1 living area, covering a period of up to 8 weeks. Discounted rates may be available for shorter-term staging. Additional rooms can be staged for $200 + GST each. If staging is required beyond the initial 8 weeks, an extension can be arranged at $100 + GST per week.

Option 2: Staging with Purchase Option (Keep & Sell Package)
Customers can opt to purchase the staging furniture at a special discounted package price, allowing it to be sold along with the property. This option reduces the staging fee since the furniture remains in the property.
Pricing:
We offer a fixed setup fee of $700 + GST, excluding the cost of furniture for 2 bedrooms and 1 living room. Each additional room setup fee is $100 + GST.

Option 1: Furniture Leasing
Clients lease furniture for a fixed period with the full leasing cost paid upfront. Ideal for short-term needs such as staging, temporary rentals, or corporate setups.

Our Lease to Own option allows clients to enjoy brand-new, professionally styled furniture with the flexibility to pay over time and own the furniture at the end of the term. This is a perfect solution for homeowners, landlords, and Airbnb hosts seeking a turnkey setup without the full upfront investment.
